BTW (single) got like no promo at the start outside of the US, so she should be fine.
Just premiere the video at the VMAs, or do a snippet during it, and then send it to VEVO.
(Also, as a sidenote, Telephone was a megahit without any major promo at all outside of the video. Alejandro only really had AI.)
