Celluloid is the substance that used to me used (I dont think its used anymore? could be wrong?) in the in a roll of film to produce movies and photographs.
She will try to find fulfillment through being photographed/recorded... by being immortalized on film, but it will never work because that's not what she's missing.
Nobody used to know who she was, and now every single fanbase is aware of her and they're pressed because she dare make introspective and analytical music. Did you not see the huge-ass fight that just went down?

I love the formula used for Homewrecker, The State of Dreaming and Valley of the Dolls, along with a couple other songs.
I mean, slow-ish intro/first verse, then a smashing chorus, and the second verse is toned down, but has some elements of the chorus in it.
I also love the HIAM-ish progression of Primadonna I never mentioned... I mean, the nice verses, then the almost-ballad chorus, followed by a smash chorus.
It's whatever though, I'll remain happy knowing that Marina actually has a good portion of ATRL bothered.
