They haven't by themselves, but I think they will be performing at the Tokyo Dome on this year's Alive World Tour for sure. The YG Family Concert last month played at multiple Japanese arenas, one of which being the Kyocera Dome, which, while not as prestigious as the Tokyo Dome, plays to a huge number of people. And, let's be honest; no one in Japan is going to the YG Family Concert to see anyone but Big Bang. As a group, they've played the Yokohama Arena and Budokan - both of which hold between 20,000 and 30,000 people, and the last time they went on tour was nearly a year ago. I'm sure the Alive World Tour will be that next step.
Oh, and they also participated in the Seoul-Tokyo Music Festival in 2010 (I believe?), which played at the Saitama Super Arena (which houses about 40,000 people). The only groups who have achieved success in Japan who partook are Big Bang and KARA, so again, that concert rode largely on them.
