Carrie Underwood to headline Endymion's 2014 Extravaganza

New Orleans, La.- The Krewe of Endymion announced Thursday that Grammy Award winner Carrie Underwood will headline the Krewe's 2014 Extravaganza. Since winning American Idol in 2005, Underwood has sold more than 15 million albums worldwide .
The Extravaganza takes place in the Mercedes Benz Superdome Saturday March 1, 2014. The Krewe's parade traditionally finishes with a ride through the Mercedes Benz Superdome. The entertainment continues after the parade.
A spokesperson for Endymion says that the Krewe will announce its celebrity Grand Marshal and other special guests at a later time.
