Unpopular opinion but I want them to NOT make one of the basic expansions (University, Pets, you get my point), except for Seasons because it has slayed in TS2 and TS3.

It's so boring and it's so predictable, University was good on TS2 because it was new and exciting but doing it a third time in a row would make it dull especially without an open world (which was the extra something for all of the packs on TS3)

Having an open world really gave the EPs from TS3 a breath of fresh air so it'll be interesting to see how these EPs compliment TS4 base game and one another.

Making a pet could be a lot more fun with the new CAS. Maybe instead of pets they'll open it up to animals other than of the pet variety.

At this point celebrities and the supernatural EP are the only additions that could lure me into TS4.

Well they started working on it Nov 2015.
The best part about The Sims 4 worlds, is they can really add the ambience.

While Bridgeport looked great, it never felt like a real City. None of the Cities in 3 ever felt real.
All it was, was an open grass landscape with some sky scrapers thrown in. Take away the sky scrapers in Bridgeport and it felt like a normal world.



However, Urbzville (Sims Urbz) always felt like a real city simply because they were able to add huge details.

Dish out twenty bucks and buy Dine Out and install The Sims 4 again even tho i only have one expansion, Get To Work or... Should i install The Sims 3 and four expansions.

Since I got my 3DS, I asked my friend if EA are working on The Sims 4 for console at all, since it would be cool to play on the go.

I know Devs made a statement but I wanted to clarify. Apparently, EA are pushing Maxis to start working on different platforms, but Maxis still want to add more to the bases game on PC first, before they work on alternate versions. EA especially want a game for the NX since Sims games do really well on Nintendo platforms. But yeah, Maxis said that its teams are entirely focused on the PC game and that EA would need to outsource for console (which is what they did for the PlayStation and Xbox versions of 3).

So I don't think we'll ever get one. Maxis won't budge and I don't think EA want to outsource as they get the most money from keeping it in-house.

I installed Sims 3, made a mom, and two sisters. One sister is the sanest and is held behind her will as her mom and sister both suffer from mental disorders and she's their caregiver. But my main girl met a rich guy and left her mother and sister behind in the crappy house they were living in, and moved in with her boyfriend in his mansion Lucky enough i was able to install six expansions and it's working perfectly.

Wait, this boost thing is kinda messy. It's basically cheating.

You call Jasmine on the phone, ask her for a skill boost and any skill you want moves up so fast. You can get to level 3 of the Painting Skill by painting only one painting. You don't have to do it and it's only available for a week but still.

No, but he was kind of wrong. He said you earned 'XP' by completing tasks Jasmine gives you, which work towards a boost.

In the patch, you just simply ask Jasmine for a boost
It actually seems like a waste of time.

It makes becoming Rich too easy.

I love how Sims acknowledge each other from afar It happens so much in 4, and sometimes Sims 2.

When are they gong to fix all of the missing features in TS4? I want my terrain tool back and the ability to delete the floor without using a fence or railing.

Terrain probs wont come back, because it causes too many routing issues.
It's one of the reasons Sims get stuck in The Sims 3.

messss leveling skills is literally so easy already, It actually annoys me how you can accidentally reach like level 5 because doing certain things level them up so quickly

They need to make it harder to level skills

That didn't happen in TS2 (closed worlds) so this isn't an excuse

The Sims 2 is completely closed. The Sims 4 is a hybrid. You can leave your lot. That's not closed.

Also, it just isn't happening by design. They said the benifit of having terrain tools didn't outweigh the issues caused.
Also, the Sims 3 on console is set up exactly like The Sims 4, and Sims also get stuck.

The Sims 4 DID have terrain tools, but they removed them. They won't be back.
