Well they started working on it Nov 2015.
The best part about The Sims 4 worlds, is they can really add the ambience.
While Bridgeport looked great, it never felt like a real City. None of the Cities in 3 ever felt real.
All it was, was an open grass landscape with some sky scrapers thrown in. Take away the sky scrapers in Bridgeport and it felt like a normal world.
However, Urbzville (Sims Urbz) always felt like a real city simply because they were able to add huge details.
