It is also impossible to do it that way and so quickly. The company might get arrested if they move a concert date to another day. If they announced it that way, it MUST remain that way.
They have the right to change the venue of the show, but not the day of it. And if there is a really big problem so the show really has to be moved, the company who's selling the public has the right to refund their tickets to the selling company and get the full price of the ticket back.
It isn't working that way.
