Nnnn went over to my neighbor in my new place to ask them if they are aware of their dogs barking constantly and kindly ask what can be done about it. I got shut down the minute I mentioned dogs and how she's never had a complaint before in her 8 years of living there
So now I either get to call animal control and create even more hatred that she has for me or buy one of those things that stops dogs from barking with a high pitched noise or something
