Sears can suck a dick. They were supposed to come over and fix our furnace last week. They said they would be here between 8 AM and 4 PM (what) on Wednesday, so I waited all that time, and they never came. Then they said they'd be there Thursday between 12 and 4 PM, waited again, they never came. I go out on Friday night and come back to see a note next to our phone that they had come while nobody was home (and just let themselves in apparently??) but didn't fix the furnace because nobody was there to pay them so they just left the note then left. Now they want us to call them again and set up another time. ****ing ****.
