Professional hip hop, jazz, and pop dancing all frequently use hip shaking or elements of urban street dancing. That is also taught in schools, often the same schools teaching ballet.

Not sure about frequently, but I said dancing that's based on hip shaking is most of the time not professional. Case closed and I'm not discussing this anymore since apparently I'm racist.
