As chronicled on Instagram, being friends with Taylor Swift often includes yummy food, weekend adventures, and plenty of good times. Now model Martha Hunt – who Swift recently called "actual sunshine" and is a card-carrying member of Swift's squad – breaks down a reason for the 1989 singer's enviable and ever-growing group of friends.
"She has such an infectious personality," Hunt tells PEOPLE at the Supermodel Cycle for Pelotonia (an annual grassroots bike tour that raises funds for cancer research) at SoulCycle in NYC on Wednesday.
"Everyone just wants to be around her at all times. She really brings out the best in everybody."
According to Hunt, the entire swan squad spent the July 4 weekend cooking, hanging out, partying and swimming. She added that the best part of the weekend was getting to know all of Swift's other friends.
"They're all such great people, like there wasn't one bad apple," says Hunt. "Everyone got along."
