My flop school doesn't allow devices and they don't have wifi either

I was involved in a car accident and I got home from the hospital yesterday. The other car's driver was drunk AF. My friend is still in the hospital. The doctor told me I'm not allowed to do any kind of sports for 6 weeks. That means no jogging,pilates etc.I think I'm gonna die !! Sports is a big part of my life. There's no other way I can relax.
