Them releasing the video in the next few weeks really means they're trying to build it up slowly. Radio needs to pick it though, otherwise their plan will fail. But just imagine:

-Radio pick it, sales & streams will follow
-Song stabilizes on iTunes, hopefully near the Top
-Book a promo performance, tease the video, release it.
-Song gets boost on iTunes, streaming increases, radio airplay is high

Who knows. If this pays off, we might be experiencing Gaga getting her 4th #1.
