You know, regardless of hits, I want music like "Nothing On". I mean Gaga is so amazing at making pop music, even if she never got another hit I wouldn't want her to change genres. "Nothing On", "No Way", "Out of Control"... just so amazing, it's a shame she didn't use them yet when I think they're some of her best songs ever. Especially the middle one, I hope they really do use "No Way" like they promised.

Even if she's never as big as TFM again, I'll still love how she came into the game with a slightly-arrogant "I'm gonna be a star!" attitude and then promptly became the biggest star.

BTW left me polarized.. obsessed with half and pay the rest complete dust. i do think she got a bit caught up in herself but the era must have taught her some lessons. so i trust she's learnt from those lessons for this next era... so far we've been off to a good start with the fragrance promo at least...
I am guilty of sometimes forgetting this is just a website with almost the same amount of active members as Gaga's weekly album/single sales.

Oh, and to answer Nicole's question that she continues to ask every now and again: Yes, she can regain some of her digital + radio power; however, she will have a hard time having explosive singles like Katy and Rihanna do. That's not to say that she can't or that she won't, but more along the lines that it'd have to be top notch promotion and one hell of a song + video.

It's not like everybody no longer cares about her. Despite having a few flops (which I must remind you isn't uncommon to BEGIN WITH YOU DUNCE), all mass media uses her for attention. As long as Lady Gaga can continue to bring in the ratings and have the mass appeal that she continues to have (and of course, the hype), she'll have some kind of career in the industry. That's not taking into the account that she out of the recent pop girls has created the strongest brand among her fans.
