If she can continue with the 3/4M updates and if OMN keeps dying with 0.5/1M updates, I would say that the top 3 will be tight next week and even tighter the week after (when the AMA effect kicks in).
OMN isn't going to die off quickly (judging by how long it took Payphone to die down). I wouldn't expect a free falling for OMN until maybe the next 2-3 weeks.
