Yes but the digital sales arent even the 5% of the sales in Japan! The digital market in Asia just didnt and wont succeed!
That's inaccurate. Digital sales in Asia did amazingly around 2007-2008; what killed them was the actions of greedy labels who wanted more money, which they could make if physical sales never died.

As EnigmaPopstar already said, Billboard reported 125M before ARTPOP dropped. 130M singles sold up until two months ago doesn't seem out of the question.
