- a really nice tune, but it's not something outstanding, it feels like I've heard many similiar songs.
2. Hold Up - 10/10
- now this is just perfection. The song & the video are both amazing.
3. Don't Hurt Yourself - 10/10
- such a bop. Love this side of Beyonce "I'm the dragon breathe the fire"
4. Sorry - 10/10
- the sexiest song on the album. So far the most single worthy song !
5. 6 Inch - 9.5/10
- The Weeknd fits perfectly! Love the tone of her voice and the vibe of the song!
6. Daddy Lessons - 9/10
- didn't think Bey would sound this good singing a country type of a song. Very personal, love it !
7. Love Drought - 7/10
- didn't enjoy this one as much as #2 - #6 songs, still good.
8. Sandcastles - 9.5/10
- yaas a ballad ! Thought for a second this'd be the classic Bey ballad, but it's not. Love the emotion, nice song!
9. Forward - 6.5/10
- again, an emotional song, but it works as an intro to Freedom, and only as that.
10. Freedom - 9/10
- now this is fire ! Love it ! One of the best ones for sure
11. All Night - 10/10
- this, Hold Up & Sorry are the most single worthy songs on the album !
Overall it's another great album. I prefer ST, tho.
She didn't disappoint, that's for sure!
I can't wait for the physical album.
