From what I know, 1200 is the lowest value someone healthy can eat. It's because I wanna lose weight soon, and I'm losing, when I reach my goal I'll change that.. I don't know the name, but my body is that one that loses and gain fat easily, same with the muscles. I mean, I'm only doing cardio, aerobics, those kind of stuff, and the muscles are starting to show up
