The SQ IMDB board has a lot of idiots. I swear.

The killers are Gigi, Chanel #2 (Ariana Grande), and Boone (Nick Jonas). Ryan Murphy said early not that nothing that appears to be happening is actually happening. There has also been speculation that we will see Grande's character again. My thoughts are that Boone & Chanel #2 faked their deaths early on to throw everyone off track. We already know that Boone is involved. Chanel #2's body went missing, so she could easily be moving around unnoticed. My thought is that hey figured if everyone assumed they were dead they would never be pinned as the killers. Also, it was mentioned that Chanel #2's character was adopted. That is why her death scene was so ridiculous. It was supposed to be humorous bc her and Boone were just having fun until she had to pretend to be dead. I just rewatched the pilot and I thought that it was interesting that just as Dean Munch became THE dean and Grace entered school everything started to happen. Since Grace is Waterfall's daughter and Dean helped cover up, now is the perfect time to get revenge. Also, it was pretty obvious from episode 1 that Gigi was the girl who helped the bathtub girl. That's why her outfits are stuck in the 90's. Remember her therapist said it was because of a traumatic experience in the 90s. Also, I think it's humorous that she decided to get with Grace's dad. That was clearly well-planned as another way to get back at Waterfalls/Grace.
