According to Germany's biggest electronics retailer Saturn Rihanna's new album is said to come out in February/March.

Are they reliable?

If it's indeed coming out in the first semester of 2015, then release it in May/June. February/March will coincide with HOME. If she does some promo of the conceptual album/releases singles/etc, then another album at pretty much the same time can be a disaster imo.

I think releasing HOME & R8 the same month or with 1/2 months of each other would help/boost R8 sales tbh.

If it was Home I don't think they would've said "Rihanna's new album" tbh, plus the highly-anticipated album is R8 and not Home so I don't even think they would talk about the concept album lol

I mean, when people say "Rihanna's new album" they surely don't talk about a concept album based on an animated movie imo. Everyone in the medias is talking about R8, they barely mention Home.

And the fact that the album photoshoot was done yesterday would actually fit with a February/March release..

We don't know if the album shoot has been done or anything. Also I doubt Rihanna team are going to release in the 2 worst months in album sales with a other album following less than 2 months later.

The German retailer seems to be more referring to HOME then R8.

Well she posted a pic from a new photoshoot with hashtag "R8" on IG yesterday night, it was probably from yesterday's photoshoot judging by the "dark/strange" look
