I went out yesterday and bought the
Truth About Love Tour DVD (I think it was only released like a week ago in the US) and it was so great!! I need to watch it again tbh cause I was a bit tired (I started watching at like 11:30 PM and by the time she got to the
Can't Take Me Home medley I was almost asleep). So, just some notes from my first viewing of the tour:
*I'm a little disappointed that she didn't perform "The Truth About Love" and/or "True Love". She should've performed one of them in place of "How Come You're Not Here" tbh.
*I'm glad she did the
Can't Take Me Home medley tbh. The album as a whole obviously wasn't true to who she is/was as an artist, but I feel like for a while she forgot how much the singles from that album helped start up her amazing career. Not to mention that the singles were absolute BOPS!

*Also, I was kinda a little surprised that she didn't do "Get The Party Started".

The song is such a tour staple tbh, I hope she includes it in her next tour.
*I wish she performed "F**kin' Perfect" uncensored, but I understand why she didn't.
*I loved that they included post-show video of her playing around with Willow. She's so adorable.

*I was really surprised at how long the "Truth About Tour" feature was. It felt like it went on for almost an hour. It was a much better in-depth look than the one from the
Funhouse Tour DVD tho.
*The bluegrass version of "**** Like You" was funny tbh.
I wonder what she has planned for Sunday night. Idk why, but the use of the word "supersonic" makes me think she's gonna use something that's a mix of the harness thing she used when she performed "Get The Party Started" at the VMA's like 2 years ago, and the chandelier from the tour. Whatever she does, she's gonna amaze everyone.
