I don't get why the Naruto anime is still showing filler when not only the Manga has been over for like a year but also the movie with the new gen has also been released.

Gangsta is really good. Just watched episode 9. But what's with the quality in art declining? When the camera is far away from characters, the art for their faces is awful.
