Nah. Katy's best vocals are good bit better than Taylor's.
Taylor has a practically vibrato-less, light, and fairly weak voice. She has good tone but as for vocal capability she's without a doubt dead last.
Needless to say neither are anything special but at least Katy has some resonance and weight to her voice.
I mean Taylor's a soprano and the strongest part of her voice is her lower register, that says enough.
