I feel that Daenerys (and Jon to a somewhat lesser extent) are so obvious iron throners since like the first book that GRRM wouldn't want to be so predictable.
Wow. Easily the best episode of the entire series. I felt like I was watching two movies with the Battle of Mereen followed by the Battle of Winterfell
There's theories about everything in the books tho. I personally do not see her sitting on the throne, making it to the end of the story yes, but she is a stark and there must always be a stark in winterfell
Well, from Magy the Frogg's prophecy, to her political connections, to the fact that George R.R. Martin based this entire thing on the War of the Roses and Sansa's character is a baseline from Elizabeth I, I wouldn't be so sure.
Furthermore, Bran is the rightful Lord of Winterfell and he was already told he wasn't gonna spend the rest of his life in the cave, he's coming down south.
Like I said, I don't think there will be an iron throne but if there is, I wouldn't be mad if QUEEN ends up in it.

Well, there were lots of dollars spent, so in that sense I suppose.
But "watching movies" really is not the automatic seal of quality many people who use that phrase think it is. I mean, there are all kind of expensive Hollywood movies that are awful.
Sansa's development though. She's probably become the most interesting and layered character considering where she started and the hurdles she had to climb through after that. To think everyone absolutely hated this girl in season one and now everyone is cheering her on.
We can just assume that Ellaria and the Sandsnakes are having a prosperous rule after they murdered the royal family. Let's not have them back and just leave Dorne as is.

Being not predictable for the sake of not being predictable is not something I see grrm doing tho. I think it's more likely that the outcome is gonna be obvious, but the journey there is gonna be something none of us see coming.
