Since you like Britney, I think the singles might be the most instant songs to you.
I recommend: Born to Die, Blue Jeans, National Anthem (these 3 are a must and all have videos). Dark Paradise, Summertime Sadness and Video Games are nice as well.
On the Paradise Edition: Ride (has video), American, Cola, Gods & Monsters and Body Electric are all very good!

I think the first 10 tracks are amazing. If you swapped TOW and BB for the 11th track, it'd be a perfect album. TOW, GAR, and FK are ok, but not necessary.

Well she said "The Other Woman" is the perfect end to the story that is UV, and the bonus tracks just don't fit anywhere.
