Haha, no. When you see a + for browsing, that means that person is your ATRL Friend or Contact. It is only for actual posts where the + next to the name means ATRL+. The ATRL+ + is a graphic, while the text + is for contacts/friends.

We can read walls since they are not private but public places. All you have is restrictions, which mean admins/mods and select contacts can see your wall. Private messages can only be seen by the recipient, unless Admins go through the long process.
