Sis, don't get ahead of yourself just yet. We don't know for sure they don't plan on releasing it before the promo - just because songs are typically released on Friday/Thursday night doesn't mean they HAVE to be. Maybe they'll release it right before the DWTS performance so that the new release and the promo combined can push it up iTunes and give it more attention.
