I like it for what it is! It's no 1991, but it's far from being ATM Jam
Idk if I'd agree with it being that far from ATM Jam tbh! I find that with her songs that have that monotone tone and repetitive flow all through out tend to be my least played ones.
I have a feeling this will happen with HM&R for me but hopefully not and it surprises me!
This is just as underwhelming as ATM Jam. And clearly this is the reason why her label wouldn't let her release the album, messy songs and forgettable beats

I'm open to change so I'm not mad that this isn't house inspired like 1991 because I know artists change but I so love this futuristic feel and even her monotone rapping. She lets the wonky beat almost add the different tones to the rapping
They should make an Azealia Banks video game, and the final boss battle with her has this instrumental playing, and instead of physically damaging you, she just reads/drags/insults you, and makes you psychologically unstable
this is the first azealia song thats actually excited me in forever
it's an urban bop but still "experimental" and i'm living for her lyrics
