Bubblebath has impact in that he goes out of his way to get to know people. His post count is deceivingly low considering the sheer amount of time he spends socializing with people on their walls, or through pm's.
Plus he is just fun and nice. Rare qualities on this site apparently
Not everyone is going to be known by the whole forum, if Bubble got the most votes to be nominated then good for him. Maybe y'all should use this as an opportunity to get to know him and make a new friend.
