The first 2 days were HORRIBLE! Everytime I did a jumping jack or burpee, my head was POUNDING! I went through with it though The next 3 days were ok and I was able to jump fine. By the 7th day, I was in full recovery

And I know about the neck up rule but i feel so weak all around the moment I feel better Im going right back to the gym though!
According to WebMD, If you are sick from the neck and above it's safe to excercise, otherwise you shouldn't do anything cause it will weaken your immune system and you will actually get worse.

But seriously, listen to your instinct. If you feel like the biggest pile of **** with your cold, just rest. You don't wanna infect the whole gym do ya?
Havent had the chance to post in a while but just read the last 10 pages that I missed. Everyone looks to be doing well, especially SoD. Congratz on the committment man. Just be sure to treat yourself occasionally and don't think of it as a diet. It's a lifestyle. You have to be able to treat yourself here and there and sometimes you have to go one step back to go two steps forward. But well done!!
I gained WAY too much after my comp but have gained a heap of muscle mass too. And in two weeks I will be a certified Personal Trainer! KEEN!!! I compete again in May so only 11 more weeks until I have to start prep again.
I've been sick for a month and haven't been able to work out and I've lost 10 pounds And then toxicity sends all these snaps of his hot bod and makes me feel bad about myself.
My Mom offered me Tamales and I said no Thanks. I made a fruit salad instead. Tamales are my weakness. I can eat like 6 of those.

Remember when I said I couldn't lift the 10 lbs dumbells, I can now , I always make 4x10 and right now the first one I do it with 10 lbs, then with a 13 lbs dumbells.
Feels so great to progress.
