My username on ATRL is keris#1fan<3. Now I know y'all are thinking "WTF are you thinking, that is the worst name on this site!" Eggzactly! In case y'all haven't noticed, I bring the tack to tackEE. My username is something you won't forget. It pure comedy and that's what I want, I love to make people laugh! I came up with this username because I bought ATRL+ and thought "you know what'd be funny?" and it just went from there! No big story, I just thought I'd bring the girls some kiis, and didn't I? Now do people recognize me by this name? Of course! While they refer to me as Jax, aka my name, keris#1fan<3 is recognizable from a mile away and you won't miss post from me. I mean I'm one of the only people with a "<3" in their name, truly original, IMO.

Earlier this year, I became an ATRL Contributor, and
alongside with that, I changed my username for the
very first time. Obviously, my name is Jake, but the
name-change was meant to signify an almost second
coming for me as a member. For almost two years,
I barely went on ATRL, but recently, I came back to being
a frequent member. With a new username that is also
my actual name, it helps me stand out as members are
now able to identify with me on a personal level. Although
many used to refer to me as Jake when my username
was HotNCold, now there's a reason to do so.

Upon first glance, it's instantly apparent that my username is comprised of two parts, with Sam being the first and Jay being the second. There are two separate meanings behind each part of my name.
S A M
The first part of my username is based on my actual name, Samuel. However, I've been going by Sam for the majority of my life. All of my friends, teachers, even my parents simply refer to me as Sam. I'm also legally registered to my college as Sam. So as I have been going by this name all of my life, I felt that it was appropriate to carry on using it on ATRL, too.
J A Y
The second part of my username has a more interesting backstory. Jay is not actually my middle name as one may assume. In fact I have two middle names, but neither are Jay. They both begin with the letter "J" however, which is part of the reason behind it. I also have an online game character who I've named Jay.
During my time on ATRL, I have changed my username twice. I initially registered with SamJJE101, a username I have been using on other online communities for about eight years now. I decided to purchase ATRL+ and change my username to $oldier, in order to have more unique and interesting name, as well as to incorporate the dollar sign from my favourite artist Ke$ha's name. However, I changed my name to Sam Jay after Kesha herself removed the dollar sign from her own name. Due to my consistent posting structure and wording around the site, I've had no problems with members recognising the changes. I've even had members post onto my wall complimenting me on my new name, without previously being notified by me personally, which was certainly a pleasant surprise.

My username is short and simple. It doesn't really have a deep meaning or a connection to something about my personality. It's just the title of a song I really like.
When registration finally opened up back in August, I was elated. I'd been a lurker on ATRL for quite a while and now that I finally had the opportunity to use it, I wasn't going to let go. I pounced on the sign-up button and eagerly read over the application and terms.
There was just one problem...
I had no idea what to pick as a username.
I wanted it to be something that was original and a good representation of me as a member and a music listener. Something short, clean and easy to pronounce.
I didn't want to use my real name and I definitely didn't want to use something generic like "BeysusStan9481B'Day" (no shade). I wanted something memorable.
I decided to turn to song lyrics for inspiration and put my music on shuffle.
Several "oh, baby's" and "pop that's" later, the song Latch by Disclosure came on and something about it just stood out to me.
I love this song.
Something about it is just powerful and entrancing.
It makes its listener feel completely euphoric.
It's one of those songs that you experience and not just listen to.
After the song went off, I thought, "THAT's it! That's the song I wanna name myself after."
Like I said, it doesn't really have a deep meaning, but it's simple and it comes from a song that I could listen to over and over for days on end, and I feel like that in itself carries significance on a music forum.
*A little something extra because I have no life and I need something to fill the empty space

CrazyCat how do I even begin to explain it. First of all I'm a boy,
because of this uesername many people think that I'm a female,
which I'm not. So yeah I'm a boy! Also I know you might think that this username
is childish and uninspired. I don't blame you after a couple of months
I thought so too, but now I love my username, because it grew on me.
The reason behind this username is one video, which I was watching while singing
up here. I love this video. So after watching this video I just decided
to call myself CrazyCat, very creative huh.
What makes it stand out? Well a lot of people think that I'm a Katy Cat.
People have asked me why aren't you wearing Katy avi, or why aren't
you stanning for her. Because of cuteness they think that I stan for
sweet girls, but in reality I stan for Rihanna & Miley, which is complete
opposite to Katy.
Overall, I love my username, I regreted it, but now I don't even think of
changing it, because a lot of people on ATRL know me because
of it. I started my journey in here as CrazyCat, and I will end it as
CrazyCat.

My personality is essentially a mix between the two, which is why I identify with Rihanna & Beyoncé the most out of all the pop girls, the most. The "love" I have for these two go well beyond the music they make
& yes, I think people recognize my username already, despite there being multiple Bey/Rih hybrids, I think I'm one of the few that actually stand out (shade) Also I had to rush and choose a username on New Years Eve Before the other 2014 gorls punchedT me out

I got so excited that registration was FINALLY open so I just used the initials of what was supposed to be Nicki's next single (who i stan for), Marilyn Monroe (MM). M.M is also the initials of my real life name, which I rather keep private as of now. How MMMinaj stands out from other names is because, lets be realistic, it's funny. MMMinaj has a funny sound and spelling to it, I kinda imagine it sounding like Mmm, Minaj. This really represents who i am as an ATRLer. I love making people laugh and you can see that's the goal of the majority of my threads. When people see my name attached to a thread you know they'll be running in there for a good kii. Finally my name is more unique than it looks. Have you ever seen a member named PPPerry? Nope. Remember that member GGGaga? Probably not because she doesn't exist! I would like to end off with a quote.

That allows you to eliminate any associations or connotations like having a name such as "PieceOfMe2007" would have"
Dancehall Queen does not have any particular inherent meaning. That being said, I feel like I lucked out when I signed up with it. It's distinct - being quite long without seeming superfluous, and still managing to maintain visual appeal. It looks strong next to my posts and within this quoted box. And on a forum where everyone calls their favorite artist a queen, to title myself one just seems fitting.
Relating back to its origin, to those who recognize it, it makes me seem like a "here for the music not the bling/indie pop girls" poster, which while true, I don't particularly care for one way or the other. There's several song title usernames that have such strong ties to a particular member I never think of the song when I see the name [ManDown and TakeItOff! (bless his heart wherever he currently roams), both come to mind] and I feel like I have achieved that with Dancehall Queen. It has a strong connection with myself as a member and I'm fairly confident about its recognizability and its association with myself over Robyn here, no shade to my Swedish queen.

When I joined ATRL, one year ago, I have to be honest, the last thing that flew over my head was the importance of my username, here, on this forum, that's why I didn't came up with a more creative name and I just signed up with EmRiNavy.
*brief history: I used the EmRi combo in my Twitter name and Tumblr url before*
Well it turned out that the username counts, in a big way, because it is basically your identity here.
BUT, I got used to my name and now I really think it represents me. The name stands for the two most important artists for me: Eminem and Rihanna, and Navy, well it stands for the name of Rihanna's stanbase (however if I'll ever get an ATRL + I will simply change the name to EmRi or Emri because, in my opinion, it sounds like a name, something like Enric)
So I think the username represents me because it's like a visit card, you see the artists that I love, you see which stanbase I am a part of and if you want to know more about me, well, contact me!
I won't lie and tell that my username stands out because of various things, because it really doesn't since it's the clasic ATRL username. I think my name got a little more known around here lately. Usually the people quoting me or mentioning me are only mentioning EmRi hence the idea to shorten my username like that.

I've since found myself to grow out of the "NICKIMINAJ" name. I've found a new refined, classy side in myself, and I thought it would be appropriate to convey my new found journey on ATRL in the form of an appearance overhaul. I personally feel as if it stands out because it is not the regular Celebrity stan/base name mess. It's portrays something different, something more eye-catching. 1HERMÈS is one of todays most respected luxury brands. When you can charge $500 for a T-Shirt and $800+ for a scarf you would be noted as, in todays time, a brand that is classy, elegant, etc. Which defines what I am now trying to exude.

Who is ♥jONE731♥ on ATRL
and What Makes Him Unique from Others?
When I first joined ATRL, jonebo631 was my original username. I used to play online games like Audition, High Street 5 and I Date, which are all dance games with music that used the numpad with eight (8) corresponding different kinds of arrows to press. It always ended up with me choosing my username as jonebo731.
So when I found ATRL and saw what lies beneath it, I also signed up with that username; in which "Jo" came from my name which is Joshua, "Ne" came for my cousin Oeneri, and "Bo" for Bokbok, another cousin of mine. The numbers represent my birthday; 7 for July and 31 as a date.
I feel like I need to be true in my identity for choosing a username and having it at my side, which is currently on my name, something that is unique and first heard to the others.
There came a time when we could change our username freely and I decided to make it shorter and memorable so I decided on ♥jONE731♥.
It was spelled out like that, as you can see the capital letters are "ONE" (1) - which means I am the number ONE in everything that I fight for or am going through, I can site this tournament, for example, to be the ONE.
I also decided to add heart (♥) signs on my username, to make it cuter & more eye-catching and also the truth is that
the heart (♥) signs come from Taylor Swift, a signature that will never erase on Taylor Swift stans around the world, like, for example her music video Ours.
The thing that makes me unique from others is that I am a 2008 member who is ready and brave enough to face all the consequences and trials in ATRL life.

Yes, I'm one of those people. Those people that have generic ass names.
As you may have guessed, my name is a combination of Mariah's nickname, MiMi, + Lamb, what she calls her fans.
The Story: MiMiLamb and I go back like babies and pacifiers. This was back when my love for Mariah was at an all time high and I had just entered standom. I used it on the first forum I frequented, forum.bodybuilding.com. I didn't put much thought into my name because my head was delirious with whistle notes from Emotions, available on iTunes, and I didn't know how to identify myself aside from my love for Mariah.
I just went with what felt natural: MiMiLamb.
Basic, uninspired and messy. My username game was so off back then that if I had put more thought into it, I would've ended up putting hearts in it! But, I have an emotional bond with the name. It signifies the time of my life where I started to discover who I really was.
I identified with this name on a lot of websites, ATRL included. The name MiMiLamb is the Woody to my Andy. It will always be a part of me.
My username on ATRL is keris#1fan<3. Now I know y'all are thinking "WTF are you thinking, that is the worst name on this site!" Eggzactly! In case y'all haven't noticed, I bring the tack to tackEE
