Mexican Shakira fans are the best. I went to her concert for the Sale el Sol tour in Mexico City and TJ, they were freaking crazy everyone knows every song. Such a welcoming atmosphere.

On another note, I've been wanting another unplugged from her. I think Oral Fixation Vol. 2 or SHAKIRA. Could be good albums to perform unplugged. I'm dying to see an orchestral performance of Empire. It's a great chance now that's she's pregnant and can't really dance like usual. But then again the pressure of another spanish album is there. I'm still shocked that she completely dissed YDCAM Chasing Shadows and Spotlight. I'm even more shocked that Loca Por Ti was not released as a single in the Latin market. But I have to let it go....

OMG one of my cousins that hasnt really liked Shakira in a long time asked me how the song from the Rock ad was called because she loved it. I told her it was called "Spotlight" and i played it for her. She sang along to the chorus and i really liked it!

I still love this album, its still amazing to me. I will wait right here for that Spanish comeback

Bought the Empire CD Single today, the remix is cute but nothing special

I feel like this era isn't over yet (in Europe atleast) We got CRTFY then Dare so there was no time for Empire inbetween, that's why we're gettin it now and after it's done we'll get YDCAM in early 2015 and after that the spanish lead single in May/June.

That's awesome!!! I hated spotlight on first listen, for some reason the way she delivered 'spotlight' and 'so bright' annoyed me, but now it's one of my favorite songs from the album. The music is flawless. Watching the video when she was in session record it, every-time I see her singing into that girls ear I can't help but think that she's one of the luckiest individuals on earth.
