I can empathize with that. Being a former Recruiter, I have seen first hand that some people are better with in-person interviews than they are with questionnaires, resumés, and cover letter submissions.

I'd just like to add that my parents are from South Asia so I am bilingual although it probably won't help much seeing that many people on her don't post in any of those languages. I also have tried not getting too chummy with people on here and I think that gives me and edge as I wouldn't really be picking sides.

And I know I've had a few disagreements with Phoenetic in the past about WPs but I'd like to clarify that I wasn't trying to be messy and I do understand why I got the points.

And if the mods don't mind I would like some feedback in PMs

They do hurt you because usually, we source applications in the thousands range as a Recruiter. However, ATRL will be in the low hundreds, so I value thorough applications in that sense. A resumé submitted of more than 1 page usually gets dumped unless you have the experience and accomplishments that warrants it being that long.
