This is actually the worst season EVER of possibly any housewives city I've seen. I hate all of them so far as they're all so bland and not even willing to fight with each other

The fact that this franchise relies on so many non-housewives to bring drama to it is just tragic and just proves how the actual cast are not up to the standard required.

I hope there are multiple sackings going into next season (if there is one). They need a NY-esque cleanout and FAST. Rinna needs to be the first out the door, with Eileen and Vanderpump to follow if they can't up their game. Keep VYLE there in case Kim gets to a state good enough to return so we can have that iconic drama again.

I honestly kinda liked the Kathryn girl. The fact that LIPSA hadn't seen her in years and the first thing she thinks of is OJ talk about a piece of trash, useless excuse for a friend. girl bye. here for Kathryn dragging Faye Rancid to the pits. shocked Rancid didn't try to get her Kris Jenner officiated wedding on the show....

I can understand why people find this season boring. Its only interesting to me because I kind of find every episode of BH enjoyable by default.

I mean y'all have to see that Lisa Rinna bringing up OJ was as producer-engineered as Kathryn just "happening" to be at the charity event. Lisa is desperate enough for attention that of course she'd be willing to do it.

The last two episodes were actually good. They'll never be as quick witted and fast paced as NYC or as vicious as the Jersey Housewives but that's the point. BH is supposed to deliver easy California living and have a different vibe than the other shows. Why even have different franchises if they're all going to be the same energy?

Anyway, I know everyone drags Faye and Kyle but one thing I have to respect about Kyle and, to a lesser extent Faye, is the way that they remained like family despite the HUGE backlash Faye got. If Kyle was as desperate to be liked as people claim she would've thrown Faye under the bus just like Camille did to her psychic friend. She had so many chances to but defended her every time. And really, what did Faye say that was wrong? Brandi was way out of line for her comment about Adrienne's kids.

You're right, but the RH franchise is a success and is where it is today because of the drama and arguments these ladies have. Getting rid of Brandi was a huge mistake and I don't understand what was going through the producers mind when they decided not to bring her back full time. I can understand why they got rid of Kim cause she was in rehab / getting arrested.

Everyone bashes S4, but this season has been worse than that.

Like I know a lot of the stuff on the show is staged and really planned out, but Lipsa's home/family scenes always just seem so much more blatantly staged than the other girls. Isn't she meant to be an actress?

I do feel sorry for her losing her dad, though. Rest in peace

Agree with all of this, except the last line defending Faye. I know Brandi must have put some strain on Adreinne and Paul's marriage but she clearly wasn't the sole reason. Plus Faye really had nothing to do with that, and seemed to just want attention more than defending her friend.

You're actually right. I was thinking of that dinner they had at Kyle's where Faye initially confronted Brandi. She was right in that situation but I forgot about the gross Chanel bags line and the other stuff.
