Performing RAWM on Ellen this thursday, the song was added to the today Top Hit's playlist on Spotify 4 days ago, it is the most popular playlist there, and the song is at 37 million streams. IS THIS COMING?!
I am DRIPPING at the thought of this happening PLS GOD
And yeah, this is definitely in my Top 3 Carly songs as well, along with Curiosity and Emotion.
So I was thinking about something, over the past year we got so much stuff from our girl:
- I Really Like You
- E•MO•TION
(+ two singles)
- Last Christmas
- Bullseye, Sweet Impossible Love, Wildflowers
- Grease! Live Role + All I Need Is An Angel
- Everywhere You Look
- Love Me Like That (feature)
- E•MO•TION REMIXED +
- Upcoming Single
Compared to the Post-Kiss era is waaaaay more stuff, I mean, after Kiss we got:
- Tonight I'm Getting Over You single release + Nicki remix
- Take A Picture
- Part Of Your World
- Cinderella Role
- Rest From The Streets (feature)
She's super active now, and it's only the end of February lol. At this point I honestly see her releasing #CR4 during the next year
Ikr??? She seems to be a lot more active this time round!

As long as the next album is good enough to keep her as a critic's darling, I don't care when it comes out (within reason of course )
True but I hope that we are not waiting too long though lol!

I honestly think it could hurt her to not release it within the next 1,5 year.
I love her and I want her to take all the time hat she needs to make her music, but there are markets like Japan where is better to release an album within the next 1/1,5 year from the last one, and that's her biggest market. I'm saying this because I want her to be successful, I really need her music, so don't get me wrong please!
The sooner the better but I understand if she doesn't want to rush things lol!
"Love Me Like That" is SO GOOD. It reminds me a lot of "Love Again" and "E•MO•TION" (song). She literally always delivers.
She does indeed, bless her! <3

I'd be so happy and proud, seriously, it's one of those songs that simply deserve to have success. It's also a very special song to me, and I'm actually thinking about getting a couple of verses tattooed.
I'm so happy & proud of 'RAWM' too & getting a Tattoo of the verses is a lovely idea!

It really depends on what they want to do. I don't know if there's something planned, at this point the best thing to do would be:
1. Re-release Run Away With Me + shoot another music video for it (I like the street video they made, but I think it needs something a little bit "catchier")
2. PROMOTE
3. Collect the post-E•MO•TION tracks and put them together along with First Time, FEVER and 2-3 new tracks on a real E•MO•TION re-release
4. Plan something for the japanese market in the summer
5. Release a single in Japan
6. Release a single worldwide
7. Album in Early-Spring 2017
Imagine the push E•MO•TION will get if "Run Away With Me" really takes off.
Ikr??? Omg lol!

I forgot to put the correct point 6, she should release a single first in Japan and then worldwide imo. The japanese single should be super catchy and be promoted EVERYWHERE imo.
All I want is an album as good as Emotion. If it is not coming soon, I hope she releases a song with a big artist. This way, her image won't be forgotten
I still think a great strategy would be to release an EP of E•MO•TION rejects later in the year to hold fans over until the next album and keep her name out there. She could maybe release one single from that with a video and then release the album in the first half of 2017.

I think that's what both Carly and her team want too actually, she became the critics' darling, so they definitely have to work hard, since the album got so many good reviews. If you think about it, E•MO•TION was released on June 24th 2015, if she will release the album during the first half of 2017, it will be exactly 2 years since E•MO•TION, and I think it's a pretty good timing.

That's a good idea. I hope someone of her team is watching us and saving this post.

carlyraejepsenDay off from tour. Spent it writing a new ditty with Mr. @tavishcrowe 👫! How do you like our make shift picnic studio and my tan? 😑
She has posted it on instagram one of these days. So, I think she has started working on it.
I think her next album will be different. We were surprised when Emotion came and we will be surprised again in a positive way.
Actually, the best plan would be to do a full re-release of E•MO•TION with the original 17 tracks plus new unreleased material and really take advantage of the critical acclaim when marketing the album. Along with that, she could release an EP that just has the new material for people who already bought the album and just want the new stuff, kind of like how Beyoncé did with the re-release of BEYONCÉ.

Yeah, that's what I said before, it would be perfect. Every single track she released after the album, from Last Christmas to Love Me Like That, sounds like something that could perfectly fit E•MO•TION, she should simply take all the post-E•MO•TION tracks and put them together along with First Time, FEVER and 2-3 new tracks, and re-release the album, it would be amazing for us fans + the critic would enjoy for sure.

If Scooter has the money to repackage Tori Kelly's album, he should have the money to re-release the most critically-acclaimed pop album of 2015.
