IGGY AZALEA ON THE VOICE UK
Iggy Azalea crashed the Voice UK stage tonight performing her latest single 'Keepin' It Real'. The stage was set up with orange sand strewn across the dance floor, and a fan blowing air all around. A mud hut comes up from the ground and out emerges Iggy, dress in a simple long white gown that billows in the wind, and with her platinum locks flowing around her. Azalea strutted across the stage, spitting fierce lyrics about the visage artists' put up and how she is down to earth and "keepin' it real". The whole set is changed as the mud hut disappears and fog rises up from beneath. Iggy strips off the gown to reveal a more gangster look, with ripped jean shorts and a shimmery gold top. More music starts playing and out comes Rita Ora to join Iggy on the stage to sing a surprise performance of Azalea's song 'Black Widow'. The audience goes crazy throughout the whole song, clearly showing that the song is destined to be a single!

Q: Wow, Katy Perry! What an absolute treat it is to have you hear!
K: Oh please, it's my pleasure!
Q: So Miss Perry,
K: Oh please just call me Katy! Miss Perry sounds like an old woman! (Laughs)
Q: (laughs) Alright, Katy, so there has been a lot of buzz about you lately. You have been all over the place promoting your new song. You've actually run into some trouble, right? At the Tonight Show you were actually assaulted!
K: Yeah I was (laughs) I was up on stage and someone started throwing cake at me! Just like kept pelting me with these cakes! It's funny looking back on it now, but it definitely took me aback when on stage.
Q: Understandably! Another performance everyone has been talking about is you on American Idol. You actually took off your bikini top, and acted out, well, sex on stage!
K: Yeah, I did. I had to be very careful with my breasts, (laughs) you know you can't show boobs on TV, and so I had to lean up against my buddy Christopher the whole time!
Q: What a lucky guy! What was his reaction to having a half-naked Katy Perry all over him?
K: Well to be honest I think I felt something hard down there towards the end of the performance if you what I mean! (Lots of laughter)
Q: (laughter) Oh, Katy!! But in all seriousness, there was a lot of media backlash over that performance. Many people thought it was inappropriate for two half naked people to be simulating sex on stage on TV.
K: Well all I have to say to that is I am a free person. I don't play by the rules. What some might see as taboo, I just see as a way of expressing yourself. And I think some people need to lighten up.
Q: Fair enough. Well I can't thank you enough for coming by!
K: Thank you for having me!

Today Sphinx Records can proudly announce the release of Bonnie McKee's new single, "Smile".
The track, which will serve as the lead single for Bonnie's upcoming pre-album EP, has been co-written and produced by Bonnie's hitmaker boyfriend Oliver "Oligee" Goldstein, as well as pop production legend Benny Blanco, who has worked with the likes of Max Martin and Dr. Luke.

Iggy: Thanks Grant, I'm really happy to be here

Graham: If he didn't have a wife I would say that he's blushing! So tonight you performed with Rita Ora on The Voice and let me just say that that was a PHENOMENAL performance! The visuals, the music, the set, everything was just fabulous. And that songs, 'Black Widow' I hope it becomes the next single!
Iggy: Wow Graham thanks so much! Umm well actually...it is! It will definitely be the next single. When we recorded it we were all just like wow, this is gonna be big.
Graham: Indeed it will! What made you decide on working on a re-release rather than an entire new album?
Iggy: Hmm, well there is so many more songs on the original release that have so much single potential so I didn't want to throw that away with a new album, so a re-release allows me to make new songs and more singles along with the original songs.
Graham: I see, I see. And on the re-release I hear that you got to work with JLo again! How is it working with her?
Iggy: Oh wow, Jennifer is just the best and to be able to work with such a legendary artist, not once but twice, it's amazing. And she's so talented you know.
Graaham: Indeed she is! Can you tell me a little bit about the song?
Iggy: It's called 'Nympho' and it's a very sexy, very provocative song. It's a cross between EDM and urban music, so that you get that foot stomping and dancey feeling.

Promo Spot: The Ellen Degeneres Show
The doors slide open, and Bonnie is ready to perform. Sitting at the piano, Bonnie performs a medley of some of her biggest recent hits that she's written; Roar, Birthday and finally American Girl. There are no detracting visuals from this performance, just Bonnie and the piano. The audience applauds her terrific performance.
Afterwards, Bonnie sits down with Ellen for an interview.
E: Wow, that was quite a performance! What's it like working with the likes of big stars such as Katy Perry?
B: I love Katy! We're good friends, and she has a great vibe. When Katy was writing for PRISM we just got in the studio and started jamming and writing nonsense lyrics, it was more fun than it was work, really. Together we came up with Roar and Birthday, which were two of the songs I just performed, and a few other tracks on her album, as well as some that didn't make the cut.
E: What are those songs like? Will you be releasing them yourself?
B: Oh, definitely not! I like the songs a lot, but they just didn't fit with the PRISM concept, and they definitely don't fit in with the direction that I've got for my upcoming EP.
E: So you've got your EP coming out soon, if it's not going to sound like a Katy Perry album, what will it sound like?
B: No, it definitely won't be sounding like a Katy Perry album. I write all different types of songs and I like to separate my work with Katy and other artists from the work that I save for my own album. I like to draw a lot of influences from 80's music and just have a little bit more fun, make it a bit grittier, add a bit more of my own personality into my music, I think that's something that only I can do.
E: That sounds very exciting! When will you be releasing the EP?
B: That's a secret! I can't give everything away, but it's almost finished. The EP will have 6 songs.
E: Will "American Girl" be on the EP?
B: No, I'm probably going to save that one for my album. American Girl doesn't really fit in with the other songs on the EP.
E: So you've just released the first single from the EP, called "Smile", can you tell us a little bit more about that?
B: Yes, "Smile" is my new single, taken from the EP. I wrote this track in about half an hour in a little café, actually, it was just one of those songs that kind of fell together all by itself. It's about those times when you've had a bad day and everything seems to be going wrong, just smile and it'll be okay. It's just a really positive, feel-good track... with some good 80's synths and drums! It's on iTunes right now, so buy it!
E: And you're here to perform it live for the first time exclusively for us today, is that right?
B: That's right, I'm so excited!
E: Well, you better get set up then. Bonnie McKee, everybody!
The audience applauds once again as Bonnie prepares to sing "Smile" live for the first time. After a brief intermission, Bonnie comes out in a new outfit; a stunning combination of leather studded short -shorts, white crop-top and leopard print jacket. She belts the high notes as she sings the song's catchy chorus and smoothy sales her way through the verses. The bridge is where she hits the really high note, blowing everyone in the audience away. Parading around the stage like a true professional, Bonnie commands the applause of the audience once more, as Ellen instructs the crowd to buy her new single on iTunes.

Mariah "Bianca" Carey Releases a viral video

Yesterday evening saw Kesha take the stage on the UK's version of The X Factor. As Kesha is currently promoting her new single 'Beautiful Mess', a pre-recorded performance was shown instead.
Kesha has performed her latest single 'Beautiful Mess' on The X Factor UK
Kesha entered the stage carried by 5 muscular hunks, while coloured smoke was foating on the stage, and went all out as she started the first verse acousticly. She then proceeded to sing the song in it's usual way, with studio-like vocals and an energy other popstars would be jealous of. Coloured dust was thrown around during the middle-8 to make the 'Beautiful Mess' complete.
Afterwards Kesha got a standing ovation by both the judges and the audience, as well as amazing feedback from Twitter users
Kesha's new single is out now on Itunes, Amazon and physical copies are available at your local supermarket.

Kesha teases 'Beautiful Mess' video
Kesha has teased the 'Beautiful Mess' visual in a 120 second teaser clip. The video is expected to be released sometime next week, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
'Beautiful Mess' is the lead single from Kesha's yet to be named 3rd studio album
The teaser starts with Kesha and the love of her life, played by Josh Hutcherson, who was recently seen out for dinner with Kesha cuddling, having fun, going out for dinner and kissing.
