Getting rid of 2 people every live show it's ridiculous, but 3 this week it's very laughable. They should dwindle the live auditions or playoff so there can be at least 8 live shows bc it kinda feels rushed.

This show is absolutely DONE. They're head-to-head with Big Bang next year, overkill has already set in.

I was screaming at how inaccurate that thread was about Shakira and Usher's season dragging down rating when season 4 had an average of 3.9 and season 5 barely grazed the 3.6 mark.

Of all the original episodes that aired in both season 4 and season 5, season 5 only beat season 54on 6 occasions out of 26. Season 4 beat season 5 on 15 occasions and the rest were tied. Like, WHERE do people get off saying both times Usher and Shakira brought the numbers down?!

Anyway, by the time seasons 7 and 8 roll around, ratings will hit low 2s and high 1s.

The gp has caught on that the show is basically just a gimmick and is intended to promote the coaches. They'll never produce a star. Comparing it to Idol is ridiculous.

Doing two cycles a year was the worst decision NBC could've made.

Doing 2 seasons a year pretty much tells you they want to milk it for all the money it's worth as fast as possible. As soon as the season is over, in less than 2 months the next season is on and we forget about the previous contestant. No artist on the voice will sell 7 million albums like kelly or Carrie. Not even a million albums. It was never about the contestants, just about reviving the coaches popularity.

It's not about reviving the coaches's popularity. It's about bringing in the ratings. NBC doesn't care about the coaches nor the contestants. They cater to the coaches because they bring in ratings.

My only issue with The Voice is the repetitive song choices. I don't need to hear "Landslide" every season or "Tiny Dancer" or "True Colors". It just makes it boring.

1. Christina Grimmie
2. Josh Kaufman
3. Kristen Merlin

The third person could also be Jake, but I hope not, and it's possible for Kat to surprise us all and make it, but there's no more save, so I doubt it. Christina will probably win it because it was always meant to be, but Josh could take it too

I don't think so. Chrisitna is the winner for sure and she's actually very talented, plus she's young and her fan base is too big. Being young and talented in this competition is very important!

She's the perfect contestant to win this thing. I hope the producers will let Kristen either open or close on Monday.
