Honestly, she's cute but kinda irrelevant in the games. No one ever uses her or references her in-game, and who would think to go back and fish in one of the starting towns when you get the Good Rod way later. The anime is the only reason I knew she even existed. I do like her little crown of spikes tho, and she serves red for filth colour scheme. She's a passable first-stage.
