my sister saw my uncle (he committed suicide like 10 years before she was born) sitting next to my bed when I was 3, she described him and his clothes. so weird.
I've heard a lot of people who suffer from this. never experienced it, but my cousin did and something similar happened to her (she saw someone staring at her and she couldn't scream or do anything)
It's awful. I felt so drained of energy afterwards.
I feel like I'm having an out of body experience when I take two sleep aids.. I've only done it once and it literally keeps me up instead of helping me sleep I just toss and turn and my whole body feels numb
sleep paralysis is awful. being awake but not being able to move your body at all or even open your eyes or mouth to scream. I've only had it happen a couple times but I always force myself to stay up for as long as possible after because I'm terrified of it happening again
Ive experienced this even in short napping.a couple of times.its the worst feeling..It feels like I was burried alive
also oh my god this happened in 2007 but like my dad bought a new house in a condo and we moved without knowing they were built in an ex-cemetery. no idea if the bodies were still under the houses or anything but a lot of weird stuff happened while we lived there.
music playing out of nowhere, lights turning on at certain hours, doors opening even if they were locked, fans turning on without people touching them, shadows.
we ended up moving out because it was too much. my dad sold the house after 2 years living there.
