Yeah, but you have to realize that Nicki's only has two solo Top 10 hits. Not every song is going to perform like Starships. Hell, there's songs that hit #1 that haven't touched Starships success. It's not something that could be replicated with every single, lead or not.

PNP is nice because it's being played on Urban radio without it having to be outright Urban.

They do have remixes but not on iTunes unless you include the UK versions of few tracks (less rap, extra Cheryl Cole vocals, etc.).

I don't really count them as "official" remixes unless they're on iTunes. And stuff like the plethora of Roman's Revenge or Chi-Raq remixes don't count because they're things rappers remixed on their own, not remixes Nicki herself put together.

The only remixes I can think of off the top of my head are the Lil Wayne remix of RR and the YL remix, plus the CIO remix you mentioned (which was Will's doing, anyway).

And all three were two whole eras ago.

Let me just clear some things up:

I'm indifferent with my opinion towards PNP. I would say, it's overall OK to me.

I wouldn't say I want the song to flop, I just want to move on to single 2 as I feel it may be something that I initially wanted from her as a first single.

With that being said, I understand that the success of this single maybe important to you all so IF me posting negativity about it bothers anyone in any type of fashion, I'll be a "team player" and try not to bash the song anymore.

Lightning doesn't strike twice in the same place. Nothing can top Starships' success. Definitely not a song like PnP. (meaning she would have to go fuuuuullllllll mainstream but EDM isn't popular anymore so she would have to go for something like Call Me maybe ).

I agree to an extent, because some members are wishy-washy and have a different opinion literally every day, and will discuss their opinion for hours and hours.

EDM is still very popular and is making more money as a genre than hip-hop. I suggest you actually read Billboard.

I don't like PnP, but I don't blame it, I blame myself for listening mostly to uptempo songs so this may seem boring. I really really really want the 2nd single to come faster (I mean who doesn't ) but I'd be extremely happy if this song performs well, because it deserves it. She's my fave, I would even be happy if SH went #1.

Ew, no. It served its purpose before and is a decent song but it'd be completely contradictory to Nicki promising a more true-hip-hop sound. Not to mention, I feel like it'd just sound like a Super Bass clone if it was given full attention and treatment.
