Ok..so I gotta say this first..after learning the lyrics (or what I believe to be them) I LOVE Gun Shot. What I think it's about is that Nicki and Beenie are essentially "showing" the "gurls" (girls that are mention in the track) that there is such a thing as love and that you seriously only live once (Yes she 100% says YOLO lol) and that you should be with dem and anyone who stands in your way you should essentially shoot them down >.< also I believe she says "Ya man" because she means that when you find "your man/woman" they will say/ do things like this. Seriously that's how I took it..don't try and change that..that's why I love it lol..anyway..here are the lyrics I came up with. Also keep in mind that they obviously have a hard core accent in the song..lol
