I want to be a normal employee again

I planed my vacay to cote d'azur and now the girl who I hired 2 months ago said she cannot run the office for 2 weeks when I'm on vacation for whatever reason. I am so freakin' pissed ya'll cannot imagine. I didn't have a vacay in nearly 3 years. I am exhausted as ****. I work 10-13 hours a day and beside that I do my distance learning. I bust my butt for my company I just want to have one vacation.There's one week left and I cannot find someone in one week and teach them everything. I am so frustrated right now some save me
