by big boned do you mean naturally large frame or actually overweight? because if it's the latter that could be the cause of it. seeing your family members be overweight and you then gaining a fear of being the same

honestly dude it's better to be 5 pounds overweight than be skipping meals frequently. that's not healthy.

the thing with youtube is that any video that gets X amount of views is going to get hate comments. it doesn't matter whether it deserves hate comments, just because it's being seen by people, it will get hate. so you need to prepare yourself for that and not just assume that everyone will love you cause even if you do everything right there will still be some bored trolls

one of the biggest life lessons i've ever learned is that the opinions of strangers don't matter. they don't respect you and you don't respect them, so why put any weight into what they think? and they're probably all stupid anyway if they're writing rude comments on youtube.

My friends sometimes say I have body dysmorphia because I alway panic in regular fitting clothes. I don't wear baggy stuff but if something looks TOO slim, especially in my chest area, I feel like its too small.

At the same time I wear skinny jeans, so I don't even know what I have.

Mess maybe this is just clothes preference and not a disorder.
