Yes,that is partially rooted in truth.Many times i've looked at forums and seen people using the 'Blacks need to address their own problems, They are only twelve percent of the population but commit 40 something percent of violent crimes/are 40 something percent of today's prison population' line as a rebuttal to legitimate outrage felt by blacks.
Yes,Black on Black crime is a serious problem that needs to be addressed, and as abhorrent a fashion statement as sagging can be, it's not going to do **** to the many issues plaguing us today.It may make some whites clutch their purse a little less, but we're still going to be seen as 'savages' and criminals even if some of us are in NICE clothes. Telling us to pick up litter isn't going to stop voter suppression efforts,it goes deeper than that.
The funny thing is, LOWER CLASS WHITES act similar to these lower class blacks people like to give **** to but you don't hear as much of that mess with them,do ya?
