On a brighter note I think Make Me will smash in mid/late August. Songs nowadays take a while to become hits. Its slaying on radio despite the rolling effect and it will pick up on Spotify once the video drops. Maybe on Aug 5?

I'm not expecting a VMA performance, but I admit this year, since she got stellar reviews for the BBMAs, the possibility actually exists.

Also agree about MM being somewhat of a slow burn, and I want/need to believe that's what her team is banking on by not releasing the video yet.

Make me WILL be a hit after the video is released and the streaming takes off.

I love how she doesn't copy others and instead takes her experimental album tracks and reintroduces a modernized version of past gems to the GP.

It shows another side to them and shows us how she can evolve and make her past experimentation current masterpieces.
