Yes, with LOVE is actually a pretty good album. After that her singles have been a bit of a mess, though. I only really enjoy No.1 from her secret collections as far as newer songs go.
I already stan for her latest works I have to get into her discography again though. I don't remember most of it.

Physical sales are bigger but that doesn't mean you can't be incredibly succesful on digital power alone. Some of utadas singles have been huge and the majority of the sales have come from digital. But also vise versa. It depends.
Also kworb claims that iTunes is now bigger than recochoku
