That would be so stupid because I'm pretty he used chloroform on Simon, but yeah, I wouldn't surprised if they explain it away somehow. Or maybe it really is Elias and this is his revenge for getting kicked out?

Well Simon said that the terrorists stole his blueprint of the bombs and that happened AFTER(2 episodes actually) Elias left so he wouldn't have known about them.

I'm going with Brandon and Shelby as the terrorist for no reason

But they can easily write some stupid story where he sneaks back into Quantico and was still stalking Simon.

I'm thinking it's Brandon, Liam, Miranda or Alex's mother because no one has thrown suspicion on them. Brandon would be a cop out.
