There is no reason for Camilla to be mad at Megan. Yes, she did put her up, but as long as you have an alliance, you are protected and safe. So that's why Camilla was mad at Elease - she had the chance to stay, but one of her members flopped on her.

This episode was entertaining but it is no season one... Season one was drama every episode. This season is more about the challenges... I like to see drama though :\
