Hello bby's, I am in the market for a new laptop and I think I want to get a MacBook aka my first Apple product ever!
I was looking towards getting the MacBook Air instead of Pro since I'm just gonna be using it for light home use and pretty basic tasks. Does that sound good or should I pay the extra 600 I'm poor and very uneducated on all of this

The Air is a great laptop in my experience, if you use it for light use, you should be fine
I understand, I'm concerned about this too, not to mention that there are a lot of rumors about this 8, that is supposed to be the real new "change".
I think you should def save your money! Unless your phone is cracked or something. But if you're well off then hey why not? Lol. My 6 had a tiny crack, I think if it weren't for that I'd still be using it.
I finally bowed to pressure and got an iPhone lol. The user experience is like 10X better than Android, I'm legit impressed. And I've had a MBPr so I love the synergy between the two. I don't even have to re-enter passwords on diff sites bc Keychain's got all that sorted.
