These are today's Swimming events for the Aquatics Centre.
Earlier in the morning we had heats for
Men's 100m Backstroke, 200m Freestyle, 4 x 100m Freestyle Relay with the later being one of the two men swimming events with
finals today at 21:00, the other being
100m Breaststroke at 21:11, which had its semifinals yesterday. The other two will have semifinals . After slaying the heats with a time of 3:12.29, will the Aussie men rule 4 x 100m Freestyle Relay like their fellow females did yesterday?
On
women's side we hadheats for
100m Backstroke, 100m Breaststroke, 400m Freestyle with
finals for 400m Freestyle at 20:18 and
100m Butterfly at 19:30. The other two will have semifinals. Two french and one american swimmers make up the top 3 for 400m Freestyle's final line-up, will USA's Allison Schmitt be able to break it this time?
