This new set-up with fan bases and community choice is how it's going to be from now on. There are no more applications. It would be redundant for them to accept anymore applications at this point. If you want to be a mod then I suggest campaigning in the Lady Gaga Base and asking them to vote for you. Post whatever you'd put in an application to prove you're worthy in that thread instead.

What does that mean? It means that even
if someone wasn't popular enough to get voted in the fan base nomination, they will still be looked at if they submitted an application in January.
However, my point is now that four months have elapsed since then, I think that it's only fair that new members that joined in January should be eligible to apply since the new direction ATRL is moving towards is staying current and catering to the active community members. I actually wanted a staff member to answer my question..it's fine if the answer is no, but if they can be eligible to submit an application, the deadline is approaching and I wouldn't want them to miss it.
